Now Your Mobile As a Personal Fitness Trainer!

A unique service is now available in the MegaFon-Moscow network. Never before in Russia has a mobile phone served its owner as a personal fitness trainer. Now MegaFon offers its subscribers to try out the MMS-Fitness service. Get a fitness program worked out by the Men’s Health magazine right to your mobile phone screen accompanied by color pictures and text comments. Work out with your “mobile trainer” instead of a real one and save money.

MegaFon and its advanced technologies are right there to assist. Now all the necessary fitness consulting can be obtained from the screen of your mobile, — Sergey Romashin, MegaFon-Moscow Administrative Director, master of yachting sports says.

To use the MMS Fitness service send a starting SMS message stating fit in the text body to number 667150. After that you can order various fitness programs sending an appropriate SMS message and get the ordered information in the form of a MMS message with text and picture contents. All the programs available to the subscribers are classified in respect to the level of difficulty – for beginners, basic and advanced, and to different muscle groups (thighs, arms, belly and torso) with a number of special programs. Coming soon are MMS-Fitness Sections dedicated to dieting and fitness nutrition programs.


The service is provided in co-operation with OOO Infotaintment. The charge is $0,39 per inquiry (excluding indirect taxes). The MMS-Fitness service is available to all the MegaFon-Moscow network contract subscribers.
