Use bank card to top mobile account!

MegaFon-Moscow has provided opportunity to top-up mobile accounts by VISA bank cards (including electronicс cards), MasterCard and UnionCard. The service allows saving time and money as mobile account can be topped-up via computer or mobile with no fee for payment. The service will be useful for mobile travelers as well: the account can be refilled from any point of the world.
